The following terms and conditions apply to all the Book Writing, Publishing, and Marketing projects

Copyrights

It is our policy to give you copyright of the contentment we provide you as per the agreed terms. There no rights on the final content we have developed; you have the liberty to use it wherever you want to.

Payment

We request a 100% upfront payment for all the services we provide, which are (inclusive) of the tax to be financed by no other than the client.

Revision

For your satisfaction, we accept multiple numbers of revisions, but within 7 days after the final delivery of the project is done. As far as the unique cases are concerned, our time limit for modifications can be extended to 14 days too.

The turnabout time for revisions are classified as follows:

• For projects requiring 24 hours of urgency, Revision turnabout time shall be 24 hours.
• For projects requiring 24 to 48 hours of urgency, Revision turnabout time shall be 48 hours.
• For projects requiring more than 48 hours of urgency, Revision turnabout time shall be 72 hours.

Requirements of a Project

Our individually discuss all the requirements with our clients before the beginning of the project. For any disagreements caused in the services, we make sure to convey them to you based on our agreed terms and conditions at the starting of the project.

Refund Policy

It is important that you carefully read and understand the refund policies in order to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by the Madcom Publishers Policies. We offer refunds only in special cases and specified conditions, detailed as under:

Madcom Publishers offers a 100% Refund on all its services, however, it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply.

Madcom Publishers Refund Policy will be Void if;

• You have chosen a special or a custom package.
• You have demanded revisions beyond the initial concepts
• The customer has not been contacted or irresponsive for more than 2 weeks without notice.
• If the project is placed on hold upon customer request, the refund will be voided.
• Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
• The creative brief is lacking in required information from the client end.
• The business is closing or changing its name or business.
• Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with a partner, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service provided will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
• Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any services), the refund will not be applicable.

Terms of Use

• Our company will be strictly not responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to the unintentional errors present in this website.
• Our company will not be liable for any performance failures, delays of operations, omission, interruptions, deficiency in communication, theft, destruction, unauthorized use, and access to information present on the website.
• Upon agreement to our terms and conditions, you agree to defend and hold the company and its subsidiaries, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the website and the services provided; (b) your violation of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right.
• The agreement done with the website does not establish any partnership, ventures, or employment relationship between the company and its clients.
